Guess who's cutting another tooth?
And has a cold and can't seem to stay asleep at night? Have I mentioned that I love this girl, but jeez, she could try to get a handle on this sleeping stuff so maybe her mama could feel better too. I guess it started with Elisa's runny nose last week, then I got a sore throat, then Carolina got the cough and stuffiness and now Nacho is complaining about his ears. Winter is almost over, but we seem to be in the transition to spring stage which means the constant change in temps is getting the best of us. Today was a gorgeous sunny park day where we took a nice picnic lunch and let Elisa run wild while we enjoyed a cobb salad and some melon. Ahhhh. Just something about eating out and feeling the warmth of the sun was mood lifting. Carolina enjoyed a little bit of time on the swings and I kept thinking that it won't be long before they open the wading pool and she'll be splashing around in there. Yep, spring is almost here and then summer will be coming along with its string of first birthdays in tow. These second generation babies are all shooting up and sprouting teeth and amazing me with their new tricks. Carolina likes grabbing her paci and chomping on it sideways lately and she has the biggest grin when you go in and get her out of the crib. What a charmer. Now if we can just keep that green stuff from oozing out her nose. I know it's almost St. Patrick's Day, but that's not such a good look.
