April fools

These eggs were part of yesterday's discovery under the 7 train at 46th Street station. I'd read about them on Gothamist--how there's a total of 260 something Faberge eggs hiding in plain view around the city. If you download and app and check in at each of them, you have a chance to win a piece of jewelry or something. But seriously, just getting Elisa to spot them and take a few pics was more than enough fun for me. She was so psyched to see the first one, but by the third, well, she was kinda over it. And such is life.
Meanwhile, this other April Fool is still recovering from her cough and icky fever of the past few days. I'm nursing myself back to good health as well. So let's hope this weather improves and we can continue the trend of making it to the park for a bit each day. I think we all need it. Please, April, be kind.
